I strongly believe that everyone deserves the right to receive support, and it is both my passion and privilege to provide it. However, finding the right person to offer you the support you need can be a challenge. It is crucial to meet individuals where they are to establish a successful therapeutic relationship.

Before pursuing a career change, I served in the United States Air Force for nearly a decade, where I gained invaluable experience serving in different locations, both domestically and abroad. My experience in the military and the veteran community has been crucial to my success in both the military and civilian sectors. Along my journey, I discovered my love for mental health and supporting individuals in need.

I have experience working with adolescents, families, and individuals dealing with a range of issues, including anxiety, depression, grief and loss, ADHD, ASD, PTSD, trauma, substance use, addiction, mood, and personality disorders. I have also worked with clients dealing with aggression and violence, oppositional defiance, isolation, and self-injurious behavior.

As a clinician, I love breaking the mold of traditional therapy. I believe in meeting people where they are and creating a custom experience that works for them. Whether it's taking a walk, building Legos, drawing, or role-playing in Dungeons and Dragons, I believe embracing unconventional methods can only enhance the therapeutic experience.
